What a hero or villain original costume for an adult who is for children?

My work is done Heroes and villains our Halloween theme. Children should be adequate, we are already working in childcare. It can be any why. The director is telling 101 Dalmatians, the DMA is going to be a firefighter. ADA is an official police, someones done the Air Force, someone else do Wonder Woman … etc I need a good idea that is original, but inexpensive to manufacture or purchase. Thank you.

Superman was an obvious choice and easy.
